If he's mythic rare, I'd say he doesn't need the permanent sacrifice setback. After all, he has no generic mana. It HAS to be BBUU. The flash, deathtouch, and the 4 cards for 4 life would be plenty balanced for a mythic rare and such a specific mana cost. In fact, I might even still wonder after the matter whether or not it's powerful enough. :P

Two circles and two ovals on the MSE symbol editor ;)

Also, if you are interested, the Zerg symbol translates well into the symbol editor. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Terran or Protoss symbols :(

The mechanic is worded: YOU draw and lose, as far as I remember. Besides, an obvious mythic candidate.

Also I changed the wording for clarity's sake; draw four is fine (eg. mulldrifter, tidings), but the life loss and saccing needed to be YOU lose & sac
